(1) Any digital signature created in accordance with Rule 3 shall be considered as a secure digital signature if the conclusion is reached as per clauses (a) and (b) of Rule 4 while testing and verifying it.
(2) When testing and verifying an electronic record verified by a digital signature created in accordance with Rule 3, if the conclusion is reached as per clauses (a) and (b) of Rule 4, such electronic record shall be considered as a secure electronic record.
(3) An electronic record that has been tested and verified in accordance with sub-rule (2) shall be considered as an electronic record for which there is a basis to believe that the record has not been altered in any way from the time it was created in electronic form to the time it was tested and verified.
